Description
Role purpose:
To plan, design, build, configure and support advanced, central IMS/MRF core platform infrastructure, used for offering complex products & services to customers.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Experience in Network and Service development and implementation ideally in a Telco environment
- Proven deep technical skills in IMS/MRF related to Core Platforms in scope
- Good knowledge of Telco Over Cloud technology and typical environment problems
- Assurance experience having looked after Engineering/Operation domains in the Core Platform space in a Telco service provider
- Proven experience and attitude to work in multinational and multicultural teams in a complex large company and Matrix environments
Experience & Skills:
- Good degree of autonomy and ability to self-start on complex deliverables in ambiguous situations
- Problem solving and process improvement skills with the ability to implement tactical and strategic solutions as appropriate
- Excellent communication skills, ability to explain, enlighten, educate and above all engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
