Description

One of our government clients is on-boarding Service Desk Online Support agents to join their team in Sheffield. Your main responsibilities will be to assist customers over the phone and remote onto their devices to address the issues they are facing. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Profile

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Good organisational skills

  • Excellent customer service

  • IT literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint 2010 and 2016

  • Adaptable and resilient, the role will encompass a broad range of tasks and responsibilities and duties will vary over time

  • ITIL Service Management

  • Active Directory Experience

In addition individuals must be willing to be

  • Part of a team

  • Punctual

  • Flexible in terms of working patterns
