Job Title: Finance Analyst
Description: To assist in the migration of the finance function on to the central accounting system. To assist with day to day running of the finance function which can be invoice processes to bank reconciliations.
Role will expand with regard to extra work required around the year end reporting and reconciliation.
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Primary Roles:
- Moving accounts package from QuickBooks to PeopleSoft
- Accruals system design
- Various accounting investigation
- Margin reporting
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Assist in the following
- Coding invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Year-end preparation
- Month end calculationHours: 40 Hours per week
