Nextlink is having an existing position as Social Community Manager for global projects in Barcelona, Spain.

Skills:
- Enterprise Social vision and strategy development, including requirements gathering, collation, synthesis and analysis
- Business case/solution development and articulation
- IT-based business solution realization approach and planning
- IT solution implementation project management, including deploying Enterprise Social technologies in a multinational corporate (certification an advantage)
- Technology adoption and change management, including for an Enterprise Social solution (certification an advantage)
- Management consulting:
- Workshop leading and facilitation
- Interacting with senior managers
- Defined and agreed structured work plans
- Stakeholder management
- Risk management and reporting
- Summarization and communication
IT knowledge:
- Yammer solution design and implementation (Must)
- Office 365
- Data Privacy
- Microsoft stack
Personal:
- Strong team player
- Confident and convincing communicator (spoken and written)
- Evident passion for IT enabling capabilities
- Self-managed
- Result focused
- English proficiency (German an advantage)
