Essential Experience:
- Accomplished internal communications and wider communications and marketing skills, with evidence of successful campaign delivery in a low cost comms environment
- Demonstrable expertise across multiple channels (including digital marketing and social media, events, partnerships and PR) and audiences (internal and external)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Excellent collaborative skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Excellent evidence of strong written and verbal communications
- Evidence of creativity and ability to develop innovative or imaginative approaches to communications
- Proven ability to create and commission best-in-class content, applying quality control and ensuring appropriate approvals.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, delivering to a high standard on time and to budget.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrable ability to apply insight and evaluation skills to maximise effectiveness of communications
- Ability to influence at senior levels, providing communications counsel to senior leaders and understanding business and organisational dynamics to recommend and delver appropriate solutions

- Impact Utilise appropriate evaluation techniques and metrics to assess impact of campaigns and on-going internal communications activity -

- Align campaigns with organisational objectives and evaluate accordingly.
