- Familiar with customer support service product and frame in industry
- have experience with intelligent support service product for example Cisco's Smartnet Total).
- Know about ITIL,familiar with the network operation work flow in one industry finance energy transportation government
- Can instruct client to optimize the service product portfolio in customer support field and design intelligent support service product
