For our client we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (COPAFITH)
Job description
The company has a growing international business in card acceptance. We facilitate merchants to accept card payments at the point of sale. We partner with several processors and terminal suppliers. To further improve our proposition we enhance our system and processes towards a self-serving concept. The senior business analyst Merchant Acquiring is responsible for COPAFITH business analyses.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in this field and therefore able to be productive soon after on boarding.
The main responsibilities of the senior business analyst Merchant Acquiring are:
- Analyse and describe requirements for new/modified systems or processes.
- Describe, analyse, design and review new/modified systems or processes
- Align the content of changes with relevant stakeholders. These can be legal, risk compliance, operational units, managers, product specialist etc.
- Support test activities
- Get the new and/or adjusted systems or processes implemented
- Monitor the behaviour of new functionalities
- Support
- Linking pin and liaison between business, project and external suppliers
Profile
- Education HBO/WO level Experience
- Experience in working in complex environments (>5 years)
- Experience in COPAFITH business analyses (>5 years)
- Experience in payment projects within card acquiring business
- Demonstrably experience creation of process set-up, process descriptions, working instructions and global design
Your skills
- An excellent communicator. Good verbal expression and presentation in both English and Dutch. Capable of writing clear texts in both languages. Openness in communication.
- Pro-active attitude.
- Capable of working independently, but also in a collaborative way with project team members, suppliers and stakeholders
- Used to analytical thinking
- Goal and result driven, hands on mentality, no 9 to 5 mentality
