One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Successfactors LMS Consultant (Learning Management System).
Please note that this role can be done remotely (from home) with occasional trips to Brussels required.

Implementation of SuccessFactors LMS module
1) lead workshops
2) configure LMS
3) data loads, Train the trainer training (system, report, "end user" for trainers)
Responsibilities Configuration of LMS
Data migration (active - no history):- List of courses
Data loads, Train the trainer training (system, report, "end user" for trainers)

- Usage of Standard reports

The ACTIVATE approach is applied: 1+ iteration, starting from a best practice populated instance.
Assumptions
Based on the requirements and other similar implementations, we foresee the following scope framework (complexity and limitations):
- Incremental costs associated with 3rd party software and/or services from these 3rd party providers or others are not foreseen in our estimations.
- All Learning administration tasks are handled within SF LMS if there is another LMS tool already available. SF LMS will be master and a specific inquiry on how the data can be shared is to be done separately.
- The client will deliver the standard import template(s) for data uploads and the client will train The Customer to upload data into the system
- Data extraction from current system, data cleansing and providing data in SF format will be the responsibility of The Customer.
- Extensive costing and commerce are not identified as required for The Customer and therefore not foreseen for the moment.
- Basic costing reporting will be foreseen
- One domain will be configured
