SAP Project Manager - Spanish Speaker

Whitehall Resources are looking for a Spanish speaking SAP Project Manager.

Must have:

- Ability to apply project management disciplines and processes

The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer according to the approved project plan.

The Project Manager develops the Project Plan with the team (perform initiation and planning), defines with the QIO the relevant quality gate framework for the project and manages the team's (including subcontractors) performance of project tasks to ensure that the IT project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.

The Project Manager coordinates the design and development activities within Service Delivery.

Concerning communication the Project Manager establishes and executes a communication plan with the project team and the customer, provides regular status to the sponsors, stakeholders and customers. This includes the escalation of issues (including compliance issues).

At project closure the Project Manager has obtained acceptance and approval of project deliverables from the business project lead and/or the sponsors before releasing the project team.

2. Obtain acceptance and approval of Project deliverables from the business project lead and/or the Sponsors
3. Perform project close

The project manager is accountable for:
- Perform project initiation and planning. Where applicable the Project Manager has to obey to Program Processes and the direction of the Program Manager.
- Meet with Quality Information Officer and where applicable the Program Quality Manager to define quality gate framework for the project. Plan and initiate relevant quality gates throughout the project.
Where applicable the project manager has to involve the Program Quality Manager to pass the quality gates.
Together with service quality management determine project quality goals and act according to these and the quality gate framework (incl. compliance areas) throughout the project. This includes the creation of a PQP for the project.
- Monitor and control project performance (scope, cost, schedule, deliverables), including change control, risk management, and escalation of issues (including compliance issues) the team cannot resolve
- Coordinate the design and development activities with Service Delivery
- Provide day to day leadership and direction to the project team and manage all project resources, including subcontractors
- Establish and execute a communication plan with the project team and the customer
