A highly recognised and global company are looking for a Communications/PR Manager to join their team in London.

The VP of International Strategic Sales is seeking a Communications/PR Lead that can design and execute against the group's overall communication strategy with the objective of promoting the companies Advertising strategy to the market and landing internal messaging to the organisation. The individual in this role will have proven expertise in customer presentation writing and the creation of organisational communications.

This is a role for an experienced and passionate advertising professional who is seeking a new and exciting position!

As the Communications Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and delivering external customer and industry communications through great presentations and speaker notes
  • Working with local PR and Trade Marketing partners to create her/his content, co-ordinate and negotiate her/his presence at external engagements
  • Developing a communications strategy to deliver the organisational goals: creating and implementing a communications framework for an internal audience
  • Yearly plan of communications from the VP of International Strategic Sales
  • Creating highly engaging VP and organisation communications using email, social, video, in-person delivery and more
  • Shaping our approach to developing organisational culture: work very closely with VP and Sales Leads to land overall company culture framework but also facilitate the development of local identity and collaboration initiatives
  • Fostering an environment where our employees feel engaged and able to interact and collaborate with each other
  • Leading the creation of content for the organisation: lead and create her/his messaging at All-Hands, Summits, Leadership Team offsites and one-off events
  • Working with corporate partners

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have considerable communications and/or public relations experience
  • Advertising and/or consumer technology domain knowledge and experience is required
  • Experience working with senior leaders and with executives is critical in this role
  • The candidate must have a proven experience achieving successful results in an international environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of audiences, are essential
  • This high visibility role will demand a strong mix of communication and planning skills

Experience required:

  • BA/BS in PR, Journalism, English or Communications (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in communications, marketing or speech management experience
