Required skills;
We are looking for an IT infrastructure Project Manager with preferably having exposure to Cloud technology.
Should be able to take up the below responsibilities:
1. Project task scheduling, activity tracking, resource alignment, vendor coordination and management, customer satisfaction, and project update reporting to Customer and Project Management Team, conducting design workshops with proponents/customer for requirements gathering along with technical team
2. Expedite the project execution activities in order to meet the stringent timelines for completion of a project
3. Data center IT Infra migration from customer's DC to Client data center
4. Identifying the critical activities which are on the critical path to meet the delivery deadline
5. Planning of the deployment schedule, including all the technical and non-technical tasks
6. Technical discussions with customer's technical and process teams to device workarounds in order to get the best solution for customer as per recommended quality standards
7. To align the right resource at the right time
8. Timely internal escalations to avoid any list minute rush & crisis situations
9. End to end project management
10. Complete project reporting to senior management through presentations and other means of communication
11. Timely provisioning of project updates to senior management and also to the Customer
12. Timely provisioning of inputs in order to have correct procurement leading to perfect and on time IT Infra readiness
13. End to end project planning and execution of the project from Initiation, Planning, Design, Procurement, Deployment, Training, Go-Live & Handover phase.
14. Planning of the end to end deployment schedule, including all the technical and non-technical tasks
15. Preparation of an exhaustive project plan using planning tools like Microsoft Project (MPP)
