Our client is urgently searching for a strong Infrastructure Project Management with Data Center Migration, Virtualization with VMware, Data Power (IBM),Danish speaking to work on a critical project in Copenhagen as a contractor.

The role:
We are looking for an infrastructure project manager where the task is data center migration from Sweden to Copenhagen. The clients applications shall to be moved with minimal downtime. There is no physical moving of hardware/equipment, everything is migrated virtually to new hardware.
It is different applications that shall be moved, so there is not one particular technology in question, but there is high focus on virtualization with VMware.
One of the major tasks is moving a Data Power (IBM) platform, so knowledge of this an advantage, but not a strict necessity.
There are architects and specialists in different areas involved in the project, so the project manager shall not design, but generally infrastructure knowledge is needed to push on and challenge the processes.
This is a Danish speaking role.
