SAP BW Functional Analyst - Dutch speaking
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a SAP BW consultant for our client in Belgium.
Start: 02.01.2017
End: 30.06.2017
Location: Brussels
Language: Dutch (main) + French (second) and English (Second)
Engagement: 100% on site
Responsibilities:
- You will be taking over in service mode AM of a SAP BW solution
- Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, and functional analysis.
- Delivering quality on-time
- Participate support activities: Incidents; Questions; Service Requests; Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing, ); Training; Analysis
Requirements:
- Able to establish specifications
- SAP BW IS A MUST
- ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
- Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions
- Able to build and maintain the relationship with customer IT member at client side
- Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self-organized and communicative
- Challenged by complex problems
- Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
- Service-oriented attitude
- Fluent oral communication skills in Dutch and French
- Fluent writing in mother tongue/fluent (Dutch or French) AND English
