Description

We are looking for a SAP CO-PC expert for a minimum 5 month contract in the Hemel Hampstead area.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • SAP Product Costing knowledge and experience of several implementation (essential)
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders (essential)
  • Process documentation experience (essential)
  • Ability to maintain appropriate records and documentation.
  • Proven attention to detail, with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and personal and organisation skills.

About the Role

  • This role is to design, build and implement the process and controls for costing our Prime Cost Budget Standards within SAP.
  • This role will also advise on and be responsible for the successful implementation of any SAP development required as a result of the Pri for mes Other workstream

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agree and document a detailed process design and systems requirement for producing budget standard costs for an FMCG within SAP. Agree this with key stakeholders eg Supply Chain Finance.
  • Oversee and review SAP product cost improvements and system test appropriate SAP configuration for the above.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate business testing plan, for example, a re-run of FY16 standards, ensuring that material variances are investigated, understood and rectified where appropriate.
  • Consider any relevant Tax implications within the design and factor these in accordingly.

Train Finance and IT resource in the new processes and system set up, ensuring adequate documentation exists and that BAU support will be adequate once this role finished
