Description
We are currently working with a leading financial services client who are recruiting for a reward analyst in London.
To provide support for Group Reward activities, maintaining an effective and compliant remuneration structure across the Group, whilst ensuring operational excellence, alignment with the needs of the business and compliance with relevant corporate governance/regulatory requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Support the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers
Support the drafting of the directors' remuneration report and preparation for the AGM
Provide and interpret market data; making recommendations on the value and structure of
packages for the Group Executive team
Develop relationships within the reward community, advise and make recommendations on
remuneration issues across the Group (UK, US and Asia) in order to promote and facilitate the
sharing of ideas and best practice
Support and deliver ad hoc projects for the Group Reward team, as needed
Core Competences Required:
Educated to at least the equivalent of first degree level
Relevant experience in a corporate reward function or consultancy, including experience of
reward practices and approaches (such as job sizing, market benchmarking, design of reward
processes and solutions and reward communications)
Familiarity with UK Corporate Governance requirements
Able to communicate and work within a team effectively, influencing stakeholders, to ensure
goals are achieved
Excellent organisation and planning skills and both verbal and written communication skills
and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, whilst recognising the need for
review of critical information
Highly focussed and attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Ability to handle working within a pressurised environment, flexibility to cope with competing
demands and ability to prioritise and escalate issues appropriately
Demonstrate discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Must be able to start immediately.
