Description

NES Global Talent's public sector client is urgently seeking a digital marketing executive to join their team for a contract that will run initially untill the end of the financial year, with a view to extensions beyond that. The role will be based in the city centre of Manchester and will be paid at a limited company hourly rate of £14.97.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive communications service to all areas across the organisation, supporting the delivery of high quality, consistent digital marketing campaigns from planning and implementation to delivery and evaluation.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Lead on the creation of high quality digital marketing plans and their subsequent execution providing information on the objectives and deliverables of the project, providing excellent Return on Investment (ROI)
Evaluation of all digital marketing campaigns in order to assist in scoping future campaigns, and educate communications colleagues on the mechanics of digital marketing campaigns.
Author and commission quality content and creative assets across a variety of digital channels and media identifying change activities required to improve the customer experience of service access and delivery.
Plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns using industry techniques such as Display advertising, Pay Per Click, email, SMS and social media campaigns
Support digital production colleagues to manage and deliver effective departmental services.

Technical Requirements
  • Good understanding of basic HTML editing.
  • Experience of Facebook Markup Language and Iframes desirable
  • Good understanding of the mechanics underpinning PPC, Social Media and digital advertising campaigns
  • Good knowledge of Content Management Systems
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of audio/visual recording and editing
  • Requirement to undertake Chartered Marketing Digital Certificate or equivalent qualification if not already held
