Description
User Researcher (Banking, Customer Experience) is needed to work within the central UX team for our financial services client based in London. This will be an initial 6 month contract paying £450 per day.
You will be responsible for running usability studies and producing research through qualitative and quantitative research, focus groups and one-to-ones, analysing the research outcomes and develop reports on User and Customer Experience across heavily used applications.
The successful candidate will have:
*Proven experience of working as a User or Customer Researcher, ideally within financial services
*Extensive understanding of different Research Methodologies with knowledge of when to apply them
*Strong understanding of design validation, wireframes, prototypes and user journey testing
*Experience of heavily used applications is essential
*Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are essential
