Description
Functional Analyst/Business Analyst/Functional Design (Technical writing/Technical Author) with DTV (Digital TV) experience required to create documentation & road-map on current bespoke DTV platform. Fluent English. Knowledge of Seachange and ADB will be beneficial.
Current platform needs a complete guide created which will be used if required for a fresh installation/roll-out. Will need to reverse engineer the current system to create documentation.
Excellent skills in requirement gathering from some old/existing documents as well as via meeting with key personnel with systems knowledge to obtain additional data/information.
The operator is moving to a new DTV platform over the next year; however if anything was to fail on this they will revert back to the current/bespoke platform.
They require someone who can reverse engineer the current DTV platform and create a detailed functional analysis/design of this system which can used for a new installation/integration.
The bespoke platform uses components of Seachange and the STB is ADB - experience/knowledge in this area will be beneficial but not essential.
