Internal Communications & Events Manager -6 month contractOur client, one of the leading Consumer Health companies in the world is currently seeking for an Internal Communications and Events manager to develop, manage and implement strategic employee communications
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate strategic employee communications to strengthen overall goals and to align, educate and motivate employees.
- Serve as strategic business partner by providing communications counsel, support and tools to management and other internal stakeholders.
- Drive development of new and standard tools incl. digital which may include but are not limited to support with local meetings, speaking points and business presentations.
- Edit and publish content for internal publication incl. organizational announcements.
- Manage the local intranet and other communication tools. Benchmark best practices to enhance, improve or replace existing tools as appropriate.
- Establish and lead internal communication network with other communicators as well as key local stakeholders within Consumer Health and Pharma Divisions to ensure alignment and awareness of business topics and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in global surrounding
- Strong communicational & organizational skills
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
