Our client in the Independence, Ohio area has a 1+ year project for a Curriculum Developer/Trainer.
The Curriculum Developers lead personnel to become better users of all System products, through providing instruction and tools for software related products provided by the Systems Department. This role will also work on cross-functional initiatives with other departments.
The Systems Curriculum Developers use proven instructional design, development and delivery processes to create and deliver software-related training. Incumbents proactively identify, recommend and develop new courses and delivery methods based on dealer needs and software capabilities. Represents the Training Department on teams for new products to establish the appropriate training method and works collaboratively with content experts to develop the curriculum.
This position will be responsible for developing new instructor led training, develop on-site training plans for various roles.
