UX Team Lead/User experience/Visual Design/Banking
Xcede are currently working with a Global Leading Financial Institution. This market leading corporation is looking for a User Experience Team Lead for a 3-month contract paying up to £630 per day based in London. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a global transformation programme pushing the creative boundaries within design for financial customers.
We are looking for an experienced leader within user experience design to join a highly collaborative team owning the global UX and visual design experience for the corporation's products and services.
This is a senior role looking for someone to manage the day-to-day duties of a large highly skilled design team. The role will require someone to have a pragmatic approach to UX design being able to provide and manage designs from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Day to Day management of large design team
-Create high quality design strategy
-Pragmatic approach to UX design
-Demonstrated experience providing artefacts across the full-design spectrum
-Manage design and Stakeholders Inc Brand Stakeholders
-Provide leadership and direction to various teams to ensure the success of UX implementation.
Essential Skills:
-Highly transactional E-commerce/Banking Experience
-Demonstrated experience managing Large Design teams
-Excellent stakeholder management experience
-Definition and ownership of user experience and visual design standards
-Be able to plan, Develop and perform user research
-Lead and guide decisions regarding design concepts/approaches providing strong creative leadership
-Demonstrate hands-on ability using the following to a high standard: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Axure, OmniGraffle, Sublime/Atom, Keynote.
