Maximo Customer Agreement SME urgently required on a contract basis in Bristol
You will be responsible for working with Contract Managers, interpreting business contract data in different formats (Excel, Word, handwritten, etc), liaising with the Account Manager to resolve queries to ensure all contracts are correctly interpreted, liaise with the Maximo design team to highlight and resolve functionality gaps and reporting customer agreement loading progress to Data team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record as a Maximo Customer Agreement SME with extensive experience in Maximo Service Provider and Customer Agreements in particular and SQL. Successful candidates will also have experience inputting into Maximo Customer Agreement via Maximo Front End, as well as using the following advanced data entry tools: writing SQL expressions using "Additional Price Schedule Criteria" for the correct application of contracts for business requirements and create data-load files for Maximo Price Books using Excel Price Book Templates and loading such data load files into Maximo.
Please note Maximo Contracts experience is essential and FM industry experience is desirable
