EMEA Campaigns manager - with possible extension + 11 Months

Quality/Productivity

  • Help manage integrated communications campaigns Oracle is running across EMEA
  • Help manage the creative development process of campaigns
  • Manage campaign timelines; participate in brainstorms; develop campaign plans
  • Assume responsibility and ownership for the quality of work and those of partnering agencies
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Oracle processes, and demonstrate ability to navigate effectively
  • You work in an organized and efficient manner
  • You are reliable and deliver accurate information in a timely manner
  • In demanding situations, are able to process, prioritize, develop a plan of action, deliver solutions and manage client expectations.
  • Communicate up, out and down to manage expectations and help the team operate most efficiently

Knowledge & Skill

  • Have good knowledge of PR practices in marketing EMEA markets including UK, France, Germany and the Middle East
  • Have working knowledge of tools such as Brandwatch, Factiva or MAP Sysomos
  • Well-versed in cloud technology and be able to apply this knowledge to content production
  • Be familiar with how to measure success of communication and marketing programmes
  • Have the ability to review all type of plans with a critical client eye
  • Have the ability to manage web, content and social processes independently and with a team, to ensure the fast delivery of assets
  • Have a working knowledge of data/analytics and understand how to apply it to problem-solving.

Digital

  • Experienced in overseeing and managing life cycle of social media and digital projects and campaigns, including analytics and measurement programmes
  • Provide thought leadership with spokespeople and stakeholders on emerging digital/social trends.
  • Initiate and execute measurement tools and draw insights to help influence work and manage influencer programmes

Critical Thinking/Creativity

  • Contribute to fresh and innovative ideas (PR, digital and social) to ensure maximum impact of campaigns are delivered
  • Evaluate ideas and insight to ensure it meets Oracle's business objectives

Teamwork

  • Foster a strong partnership with your communications, marketing and advertising colleagues, as well as Oracle's customer reference teams and agency partners, to execute successful campaigns
  • Know when and how to best engage partners and agencies to efficiently keep them connected to the work throughout the various cycles/phases
  • Provide clear direction and expectations of roles, responsibilities, timing and key deliverables
  • Identify, share and apply best practices/learnings from other work and campaigns to inspire and improve team output.

Sample Day to day tasks

  • Day to day liaison with agencies (content, comms and advertising) and sharing content eg with advertising team for use via paid media and other
  • Spokesperson approvals
  • Working with local PR leads and customer reference team on customer success stories and utilization within assault programme
  • Fielding ad hoc requests from marketing including coverage/campaign reporting
  • Content translations and management with local countries
  • Management of blogging programme, sharing of content package and all English language feature story templates and webtracker uploads
  • Coordinating weekly trackers, agenda and action items from campaign calls
  • Sharing of content with all agencies, stakeholders and luminaries
  • Uploading documents to Beehive and sharing with regional teams (EMEA, APAC, US etc)
  • Managing tracking links developed by local teams and working with measurement team on all measurement tasks
