User Research/UX Research Lead - Glasgow - 6 months +

Research/Data Analysis/Design research/research briefs/data gathering/synthesis/analysis

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced User Research/UX Lead for an initial 6 months contract based in Glasgow.

You will be required to plan and lead research, influence service propositions, align user research activities, build user centred practices.

Essential skills -

  • At least 1 years' experience of working as a Lead UX/User Research Lead
  • Experience of working in a digital service design environment
  • Experience of designing and delivering user research activities
  • Understanding of how can apply user research methods
  • Extensive Data gathering experience (synthesis and analysis)
  • Ensuring research activities and tools used are as inclusive and accessible
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills -

  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
  • Possess a relevant degree in Design Ethnography/Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design, Human Factors, and Usability Engineering. Sociology, Anthropology.
  • Experience in a client facing role in an agency environment
  • Ability to advocate for and undertake accessibility research.
