Creative Operations Manager
Reporting to: Deputy Managing Director

Main purpose of job:
Managing the scheduling and delivery of Creative and Digital projects
Contributing to the direction of Creative and Digital account projects
Contributing to the development of Creative and Digital Proposals
Working closely with the Lead Developer to manage the Creative and Digital team
Suggesting and recommending new platforms and processes to support the Creative and Digital team

Responsibilities:
Facilitating internal meetings and workshop to initiate projects and process
Concept development/brainstorming
Scheduling activities with the Creative and Digital teams
Carrying out quality control to ensure consistency with all creative work
Working with the Lead developer to deliver Creative and Digital projects from initial brief through to finalisation
Liaison with clients and project team(s)
Project responsibilities, including:
Coordinating with the internal Creative and Digital teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure delivery of projects on time and to brief
Attending meetings in the UK or elsewhere, providing summary reports of all project interactions
Supporting colleagues within the team and proactively offering assistance / advice
Supporting any problems regarding hardware/software
Researching IT solutions
Providing any necessary support with pitches and proposals
Networker liaison/management (including research, briefing and quality control)

Attributes:
Ability to understand when to escalate issues or scheduling concerns
Ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties
Confident in both client and company situations
Willing to learn new skills
Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
A strong understanding of emerging web-technologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Hardworking adaptable and can work confidently within a group

Ad hoc responsibilities:
Accountable for personal supplies and IT hardware (including server housekeeping and software updates)
Organising and managing personal diary
Organising and carrying out administrative activities
Managing and tracking personnel expenses
Tracking time against client accounts and projects
Maintaining a polite and presentable image at all times
Adhering to Company operating procedures and handbook
Adhering to Company values

Limits of authority
Approval of purchases up to £250.00
No authority to sign contacts on behalf of my client unless authorised by Director of Digital and Creative Services
