Alliance Office Solutions is currently seeking Marketing Assistants who are looking for an opportunity the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media content.
  • Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and Internet packages.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Assist with various projects to meet clients needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing role (preferably with an agency).
  • Minimum 1 year of content management experience.
  • Automation experience preferred.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.

Job Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Pay: $15-$20/hr. (depending on years/level or experience)

Job Type: Temporary (open ended contract)
