To help establish user research that results in clear guidance and support for the development teams to implement usable systems for internal and external users. Support the near-term demand for User Experience Activity from the Digital Transformation Programme and assist peers in fostering a UX community inside the organisation.
What you will work on:
*Help to establish user research that results in clear guidance and support for the development teams
*Use a variety of user research methods to reveal actionable insights
*Create customer journeys
*Create low fidelity prototypes using the Ros pattern library
*Be involved in establishing clear design principles that internal and third-party delivery teams
*
*Delivering research feedback to Agile delivery teams to compliment sprint cycles
*Where required, work as part of a multi-disciplined team to design user focussed and successful services
*Support the UX community within the IT department
*Build relationships and working effectively with external parties
Experience Required:
*Have a variety of different research methods
*Have analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidence. Excellent communication skills, and work collaboratively.
