User Researcher

Description

I am currently recruiting for a number of User Researcher's for various locations across the UK (Non London). Successful candidates will become an integral part of product teams with exciting and business critical projects to complete.

There will be a multitude of research and work to complete, through various qualative and quantative research methods and with each project being in different stages of discovery, alpha, beta and live.

This will be a perfect role for any User Researcher looking to take a new challenge to understand the Users of critical online applications.

Essential

Demonstrable Knowledge, experience in and passion for user centred design practices for web, service or software development.

Proven experience of uncovering and understanding user needs for web content, tools and transactional services, especially those with a complex user journeys.

Proven experience of designing, facilitating and analysing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including a strong understanding of strengths and limitations of different

Proven experience of sharing and presenting user research findings in a wide variety of formats and contexts. Bringing actionable insights to the team.

Proven experience of working in an agile environment with designers and developers and product managers to create new digital products and services.

Desirable

Degree in HCI/Usability/Cognitive Psychology/Market Research

Previous experience within government services

Demonstrable experience of users of assisted digital needs and accessibility needs.

Experience of using analytics to understand user behaviour and experience.
