Communications Officer (R&D)
One of our Major Leading Clients within the Pharmaceutical Industry is looking for an experienced Communications Officer for a 18-24 months contract.
The Project:
The Communications Officer will support R&D or one sub-department in the delivery of business objectives by implementing innovative and efficient communication channels for the targeted population (blog, Intranet, ) and ensure that those channels are used in a disciplined and efficient way. In addition, the R&D Communication Officer will support the Leadership Team and their leadership teams enhancing recognition through the preparation, writing and publications of success stories, videos, and using appropriate communication channels for publication. All of this has as a final goal to increase people's engagement internally.
The Communications Officer should ideally have experience in the following:
- Experience in engagement/communication with proven experience of implementing and measuring communications programs to support alignment and achievement of business objectives
- Ability to bring adequate communication and engagement solutions to business; ensuring the fit for purpose communication for each targeted audience
- Ability to design and implement full communications messages (from gathering data to stakeholders, writing messages, editing infographics and visuals, adapting to the layout and publishing through the adequate channel, including Share Point Intranet)
- Ability to do infographics using SharePoint
- Experience in global companies
- Experience in R&D environment is a plus
- Proven track records of Hands-on deliverables; operationally focused and getting things done at the right quality level
