Description
Looking for a User Experience Design Specialist who is a highly creative and delivery focused user experience design professionals to join our technology centre. This Specialist role will champion human-centred design, and focus on improving end user productivity and usability of our business solutions.
You will be working in a collaborative multiple team scrum environment alongside the product, architecture and solution design teams, to deliver new experiences through visually engaging artefacts, from user journeys to participatory design prototypes & wireframes.
You will influence large cross functional teams adopt a human centric approach to design while helping them achieve their objectives and tight timelines. An excellent problem solver, story teller and human centred design lead in a highly multicultural and competitive environment.
Job Role
- Adopt agile UX methodologies and design thinking to facilitate co-creation workshops with product teams and stakeholders to define innovative user experiences
- Lead the experience design vision, demonstrate features and end user workflows through mock ups and prototypes, and gain alignment and buy-in from cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Formulate and present a behavioral segmentation that has its basis in end user usage and behavior data, and that is detailed and specific enough to guide experience design decisions.
- Establish experience design metrics, conduct ongoing end user experience reviews to ensure the design meets the intended goals and benefits to the end user and the business.
- Leverage insights gained from user research, building prototypes and usability evaluations to iterate and improve the technical and experiential quality of user interfaces.
- Define and drive a roadmap that includes a prioritization schema to introduce new features/capabilities from MVP to future state with the goal of continuous improvement to customer engagement and user experiences.

- Experience mapping
- Journey mapping
Role is initially 12 months (extendable) based in Dubai.
