One of our biggest clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a Swedish and English speaking SAP Release Coordinator to join them in February for an initial contract until end of October.
Job Description
The company is merging two SAP ECC systems into one. The OneECC project is a multi-year initiative where the solution will be gradually enhanced and rolled out to the different markets around the world. In order to meet the time plan and parallell work streams a release coordinator is needed.
As a release coordinator in the OneECC project you will be responsible to lead the roll out of the solution to different markets. The work includes activities from start to end: analysis, design, build, test and go live.
The solution is highly integrated to other systems, both SAP and non-SAP systems. OneECC is integrated to the following systems:
Hybris (SAP E-commerce Back End)
SAP CAR
Warehouse management systems (3PL, SAP eWM)
SAP BW
And others
The role provides a challenging and fun environment due to its cross functional nature.
Work Task
Lead the development team for a specific release
Plan and execute the different project phases
Plan and conduct workshops
Manage issues, risks and report status to project/program management
Conduct status meetings
Drive way of working improvements
Specific Competence
Experience in leading SAP development projects from analyze phase to go-live.
At least 5 years' experience from SAP projects
Experience from highly integrated SAP solutions
Qualifying is experience in E-commerce
Qualifying is experience in working with supplier and cross-functional teams.
Excellent at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
Tools Competence

SAP ERP knowledge
Standard office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook..)
