Digital Solutions Expert Europe & Canada wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' background in CRM devices, Data Warehousing and Data Management
- 1+ year practical knowledge in content management for apps, website and social media, preferably in a digital agency
- Several years of professionalism in providing customer experience
- Background in a customer excellence team
- Competent handling of customer issues in a digital ecosystem, furthermore ability to combine Web, Email and Digital Apps
- Excellent pharma industry know-how along with project management skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting internal change management and cross-departmental collaboration for guaranteeing the execution of the new digital customer engagement model and tactics, generating a consistently improving customer experience
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders for creating and enhancing digital engagement capabilities across EUCAN
- Ensuring operations are in line with compliance and legal requirements and according to the marketing and sales strategies
- Developing a set of digital experience principles for operating of separate and distinct digital projects
- Planning, developing and executing digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site design and strategy, social media and mobile
- Interfacing with the LOCs and Customer Experience team for collecting business needs, and identifying digital and technology requirements for the ecosystem development
- Conceptualizing a co-design environment and thereby guaranteeing that any designed solutions have buy-in from the LOCs and Integrated Brand Teams
