Senior UI/UX Expert for a multiple award winning native mobile banking app (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Development and enhancement of UX strategy for both iOS and Android platform within the team
- Self-dependent development of concepts for interaction and user navigation
- Development of UX concepts through development of interface paradigms, components, screen transitions & animations, templates and their consistent utilization
- Development of detailed storyboards, starting from Scribbles to Mockups to Flows and Screens, as well as interactive prototypes in an agile Scrum environment
- Development of pixel perfect screens in order to combine design and user interaction
- Preparation of the development by accurate dimensioning and export of assets in all relevant resolutions, documentation and establishment of style guides
- Support of implementation (quality assurance & approval of design) and blue-pencilling of designs and concepts based on user research and direct feedback
- Participation with constructive and creative suggestions, promotion and implementation of ideas
- Estimation of user stories
Your qualifications
- Understanding of user feedback, technical barriers and dynamics in the market for new ideas as well as for existing products and features
- Comprehensive understanding for users, market potential and competitive environment
- Understanding of differences and commonalities in native Interaction and Visual design for iOS and Android platform as well as information architecture and navigation patterns
- Profound experience in design of interaction concepts and graphic user interfaces either in an enterprise or agency
- Education in the design, media design or interaction design area or practical experience as an equivalent
- Relevant working experience in web- and front end design
- Outstanding knowledge in usage of tools: UX (Pen & Paper, Balsamiq, Axure), UI (Sketch (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite), Prototyping (Flinto, Invision, Proto.io etc.)
- Passion for developing a user experience that the users will embrace
- Very good knowledge of German and English, written as well as spoken
- Analytical skills, strong understanding of user centric design and customer centric thinking
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
