FTSE100 has been undergoing a period digitalisation looking to transform their brand to ensure they will succeed in a digital environment. They are currently looking to recruit a Communications Analyst for a 6-12 months' contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic approach to managing communications in support of the ERP Programme
- Develop tailored communications approaches and plans for relevant functional requirements and key stakeholders
- Create key messaging framework, write/edit content that brings our story to life including video, internal social campaigns, articles, sites, apps, presentations, events, etc.
- Produce collateral and communications material with support of Programme teams and Global Comms Team
- Develop multi-channel approach to communications and design communications for our predominantly millennial audience using core collaboration, digital and social channels
- Develop strategic narrative in support of transformation programmes to drive consistent and compelling story telling across the organisation
Your profile/experience:
- You will possess a strong change communications consulting track record with proven ability to deliver significant business outcomes as a result of successful comms activities
- Hold experience working on global change projects/initiatives; an understanding of the people and organisational cultures in these industries and how to work best with them
- You are someone who seeks out best practice and new approaches to communications to ensure you are industry leaders
- Individuals with ERP program experience will be highly regarded
