You will be security cleared to SC level as a minimum and happy to work in Europe.
The SLA author we are seeking will have a strong background with commercial contracts rather than with Cyber Technology. We already have cyber-insight - it is the operational contractual language we lack.
We require someone with experience in the execution of transactions of commercial significance in a distributed computing context, involving an organisation, its clients and its partners.
Someone who has experience with:
provisioning services.
Non-functional quality requirements applied to multi-national environments
Quality of Service
Life cycle management, based upon ITIL, CORBA, or other standards
Organizational boundaries and inter-organizational agreements, including competence domains.
both vertical and horizontal SLAs
Wrting SLAs involving large, multinational corporations.
