The Opportunity
Templeton & Partners is looking for a Service Designer to join one of our international clients in Houston.
The Task
We're looking for Service Designer to join a new innovation hub which balances human-centred design with an agile technology capability to tackle complex problems in orignal ways.
Some of your key activities will include:
- To investifate and identify distinct scenarios and opporunities to compile key use cases
- Understand people involved in the subject area; comile stakeholder maps/service ecosystems and personas/archetypes
- Exploration into current processes; As-Is Service/Experience Mapping
- Design and run collaborative and co-design workshops with internal teams to define opportunities and idea generation
- Facilitate challenger workshops to refine concepts and propositions
- Create ideal expereince journeys for key stakeholders and key use-cases; User journerys; user flows, measurement framework
- Detailing holistics service functionality - Service Blueprints, Service Backlogs
About the ideal candidate:
Our client is looking for you to have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience working as Service Designer and tackling complex project
- Experienced hybrid skills between Business Analysts, UX Designers and Innovation Strategists
- Experience working closely with UX Researcher, Strateigist, Digital Designers, Product Managers
- Communicate work visually/diagrammatically as well as through the written word (Adobe Creative suite experience expected)
- Deep understanding of the impanct of service solutions on technology build
- Experience in data-analytics, energy or avaiation areas would be desirable
