Fund Reporting Associate - Language Services

An international fund reporting company have an immediate opening for a Fund Reporting Associate, with 1-2 years' experience in an office administrative role and advanced knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft Word.

Based in Dublin, on a 6-month contract, this is an interesting and varied role with a well-established financial reporting/fund services provider.

In this role you will co-ordinate translation projects for major global names in the asset management and funds sector and manage these projects from start to finish. You will liaise with freelance translators globally and coordinate their work. There will be many opportunities to get involved in process improvement projects.

What would a general day consist of?

  • Oversee the translation of multilingual investor documentation across multiple fund structures, jurisdictions and languages.
  • Arrange client quotes based on management guidelines and templates.
  • Prepare document content for translation and/or proofreading by in-jurisdiction translators.
  • Proofread translated investor and regulatory documentation including financial reports.
  • Manage client queries on a daily basis by email and phone.
  • Use of internal applications, systems and checklists.
  • Assist in team planning and team support.

What are the key qualifications for this role?

  • 1-2 years' experience in an office administrative role.
  • Advanced knowledge and extensive experience of Microsoft Word.
  • Advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
  • High level of fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Customer focused with an ability to work under pressure and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
  • An interest in languages and the Funds Industry.
