Description
GCS are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer on a contract basis as detailed below:
Successful candidates will need to be competent AutoCAD or ideally AutoCAD electrical. You will be required to carry out electrical design of manufacturing equipment. This would include the following:
Software design: HMI, PLC & Safety,
Hardware design: schematics, panel layout, control layout, cable harnesses & parts lists
Essential experience would include:
- PLC programming with Omron/Mitsubishi
- HMI screen design experience with Omron, Mitsubishi or Proface
- Specification and design of schematic circuits
- Commissioning & maturation of manufacturing equipment
