Senior Social Media Copywriter
My exclusive client, based in Central London are looking to expand their Creative Marketing team, and bring on-board an experience Social Media Copywriter. The successful Copywriter will have demonstrable agency or band experience, and be able to understand the TOV (tone of voice) of multiple target audiences and deliver intelligent, witty and thought-provoking copy.
This is a great opportunity for a Copywriter who wants to gain great experience working on projects with major UK brands, and extend their experience into Community & Content Management.
Role & Responsibilities
*Creating and implementing multi-platform strategies with the support of the wider Strategy & Creative account teams
*Lead n Community Management for a variety of well-known UK brands
*Delivering TOV guidelines and brand messaging matrixes
*Devising creative campaigns and writing social media copy for a range of clients
*Working with internal and freelance creative talent to deliver campaign plans and pitches
*Attending pitches
*Managing creative campaign timelines
*Working closely with teams to deliver live projects on time and on-budget
*Set campaign objectives, track performance KPI's
*Ensuring excellence across team communications, creating and proof-reading proposals, pitches, case studies and reports
Experience & Required Skillset
*5+ years' experience working in a copywriting role, with at least 2+ years' experience in social, including some client-facing experience
*Experience of working on FMCG brand projects
*Solid understanding of Social Strategy, Community Management, paid social and influencer outreach
*Demonstrable experience of exceeding KPI campaigns
*Understanding of new business processes and ambition to win new accounts
*Some experience of cause-related marketing/background in advocacy journalism (advantageous)
