Interim Head of Capital Development - NHS - South East - 12 Months
One of my key NHS clients in the South East are looking for a Head of Capital Development to join them on an interim basis to assist with their current capital programme. They are looking for someone to start immediately and can offer a flexible working week.
Skills/Requirements:
-Managed Capital Programmes with a budget circa £45m
-Experience with Health-care and occupied environments
-Construction/Design background and proven ability to effectively manage design and project teams
-Report to Director and Chief Exec
-Completed projects from conception to delivery
