Description

UX Designer required to work within Digital marketing organization leading the next evolution in customer experience through the promotion of new products and software through digital channels (web, social, media, mobile, direct mail, point of sale, etc..).

The successful candidate will ensure the User Experience is at the forefront of all new journeys and experiences created across all country sites in EMEAR.

The UX Designer's primary objective is to create engaging and relevant user journeys by persona by utilizing their design, analytical and psychology skills to inform design and content decisions.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Map out generic and personalized user journeys based on strategy, content and persona attributes and behaviors
  • Conduct user research (eg onsite surveys, customer interviews, internal interviews, usability testing platforms) to understand the key care-abouts of the users of the website, by persona.
  • Gain a deep understanding of how users interact with our pages, and where the issues and opportunities are for optimization.
  • Analyse all available quant & qual data using tools (web analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, path analysis etc) to understand blockers in the journeys and suggest improvements.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Feed test ideation through User Research and own heuristic analysis. Create wireframes and prototypes for larger test ideas.
  • Provide EMEAR input into the global teams and processes to enable UX best practices to be rolled out at scale.
  • Understand our value proposition and incorporate USP's at optimal points throughout the journey
  • Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UX designer, UI Designer, or similar role in a Matrix organisation.
  • Adobe Analytics, Adobe target testing.
  • Strong project Management and User Research experience.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Proficient in design software (preferably Axure).
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
  • Problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to quickly establish requirements by asking the right questions.
  • Analytical mind with business acumen, tools Hotjar, Clickatell
  • Usability Hub and or user Zoom.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management - the ability to clearly and effectively
  • Experience working in global Matrix organization.
  • Experience of running lab-based user research sessions and associated tools.
  • An advanced understanding of Information Architecture
