My client in Luxembourg is looking for an ITIL Process Writer:
English fluent
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
High-level Mission: Increase the efficiency and maturity level of the IT Organization by implementing standard ITIL processes and business interfaces. The ITIL Process Writer will be responsible for design and documentation of IT processes and organization and will help the stream leader in key decisions in the area of IT Operating Model
The mission will include and is not limited to:
* Identifying the main process and organization gaps
* Designing the main IT processes (if they are only in an ad-hoc form), and optimizing existing documented processes, based on the best practice ITIL processes
* Defining standard interfaces of IT and business
* Helping the stream leader to analyze global Service Desk strategy options and formalizing the options into well presentable document
* Designing Roll-out plan for the chosen Service Desk approach option
* Preparing RfP material for Service Desk provider/providers selection process
Methodology/Technology scope
- ITIL Foundations certified
- Ms Visio
- Ms PowerPoint
Profile
Practical experience with ITIL process managing
Experience in ITIL Service Design/Service Transition
Experience in Business Relationship Management
Experience in international environment is a plus.
Experience in integration projects is a plus
