Work assignment
As a Solution Analyst, the various deliverables of Finance-related projects are included and these are the responsibilities:
- Analyze and describe what the system has to do (functionally) and with what qualities/limitations (non-functional).
- Analyze, describe and design the view and use of an application, so that it can be used easily and efficiently, adapted to the different users.
- Knowledge building and support of core users on a functional level so that.
- Review and follow-up of the functional tests of the ICT solution.
- Design of the user interface and usability of the applications In this case, the following output is expected:
- Context & scope diagrams
- Logical data model
- Process model
- Use case diagram
- Functional requirements
- User experience requirements
- Integration requirements
As a Solution Analyst, the operational support of the Finance ICT systems is also periodically co-operated.
Here are the responsibilities:
- Resolving incidents in 2nd line so that business processes and users can return to normal as quickly as possible. The following output is expected mainly:
- Incident log
- Solution description
