Description
My leading energy client are looking to bring on a HR copywriter/conversational architect who will be tasked with driving the development of their chatbot product to enhance internal HR delivery.
Candidates must have:
- Previous experience as a copywriter within large MNC's (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent writing and editing English skills.
- Data driven approach to decision making
- Knowledge and experience of design thinking or other customer-centric methodologies.
- Experience of Agile, SCRUM and product development techniques.
- Ability to translate and understand business drivers within the organisation.
- Experience of delivery of HR web-based products, such as portals or relevant applications
- Excellent planning, self-management and coordination skills, being able to maintain several activities simultaneously
