UX Designer100%Description:
For one of our clients we are looking for a UX Designer100% who can be deployed for any IT needs at the company's headquarters in Luzern.
Responsibilities:
* Provide conceptual and detailed solutions in the context of digital products and services
* Gather and align inputs from customers and stakeholders
* Create conceptual UX solutions as well as pixel perfect designs
* Aggregate design decisions into an existing design system
* Advocate professional UX design in the project team
* Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions
* Actively manage scope of design iterations
* Plan, execute and analyze usability evaluations (formative and summative)
* Collaborate with other UX designers and external partners with regard to design challenges and to maintain a good level of design consistency and coherence across client products
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of working experience in visual and UX design for digital products
* Experience of general UX standards and best practices -
* Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Winword, Excel)
* Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite
* Practical experience in designing cross-device apps
* Working experience in an agile development environment and across different disciplines
Nice to Have:
* Mock-up tools like Balsamiq is a plus
* Google Material Design is a plus
* Confluence/JIRA and Zeplin is a Plus
Education:
Bachelor/Master in Visual or Interaction Design, HCI, Usability/Human Factors or other comparable education
Languages:
* English: Fluent (written & spoken)
* German Nice to have
