Lead Motion Designer, Outside IR35 contract

Lead Motion Designer is required to join creative team within fast paced fintech organisations. You will be joining an ambitious team and helping craft exceptional experiences.
The Creative team delivers fresh and impactful graphic design and UX/UI for the group's multiple brands, spanning industries such as technology, private wealth, sport, energy, finance and more.
The team is growing and changing shape. We have a skills wish list. You might do all of these well or a select few to total perfection. You might know After Effects inside-out or you might prefer to bounce through a broad suite of tools and hack your way to a truly original concept:
- Write a creative treatment
- Craft a script
- Storyboard a narrative
- Styleframe an approach
- Brief a sound designer
- Animate with natural flare
- Understand the power of pace and composition
- Direct a shoot
- Cut a film
- Present to a client
What you must have is drive, passion and a fearless creative flair. Experimentation and invention come first for you. Strong ideas are at the heart of everything you do. Clear communication of a brand ethos, idea or message is your mission.
Note: It is vital that you have a portfolio of relevant work that you can present at interview.
