* CRM Executive* Outside IR35*
Our leading international client. A well-known Digital Agency based in London is looking for a driven CRM Executive to work alongside their core content team, supporting the translation of their promotional calendar into a campaign approach. You will play a key role in the end-to-end CRM process, advising on the best route forward for targeting and content, preparation of data, copy build, Quality Assurance and acquiring approval for campaign deployment. This will be a fully remote role and will run for a minimum of 2 months in length with the probability of extensions.
The role will include and not be limited to:
- Experience working with CRM, platforms (customer.io, extremepush, InfoBip).
- Execute on the strategy set out by the CRM manager, supporting them on implementing customer journeys from pre-acquisition through to acquisition, retention, and churn reduction and maximizing the PNL.
- Help content team to update any relevant content on landing pages.
- Complying with internal approvals process - ensuring copy correct by territory, meeting copy length requirements, ensuring full internal approval before deployment.
- Assisting with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams.
- Proficient use of Excel is essential as you will be overseeing Data manipulation with some manual work by removing any bad data from targeting lists etc.
- Previous gambling/gaming industry experience is an advantage or hold a keen interest in Sports.
