Communications Officer

100% Remote

£140 - £150 a day

Outside IR35

An experienced Communications Officer with excellent copywriting skills is required to join a digital transformation programme for a client within the healthcare sector.

The Communications Officer will work alongside the Communications & Social Media Manager to create a variety of engaging content for the programme's website and social media, with a strong focus on copywriting.

The Communications Officer duties will also include assisting in the coordination of regular virtual events and maintaining the programme's website (Drupal 8).

Communications Officer Key skills and experience:

  • Evidence of relevant experience in a creative writing environment
  • Experience of working in communications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience of running virtual events via Microsoft Teams
  • Experience of maintaining CMS websites
  • Excellent planning, prioritising, and organising skills

Desirable:

  • Fluent Welsh speaker
  • Experience of working within digital transformation
  • Experience of working with Drupal 8

Role summary:

  • Role: Communications Officer
  • Location: fully remote
  • £140 - £150 a day - Outside IR35
  • 4 days a week (30 Hours)
  • Contract: 3 months, with possibility to extend
