Salary/Rate: Circa £800 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 23/08
Job Type: Contract - 12 months initially
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled User Experience Lead to join their team for a 12 month contract
Usability Design - We are looking for talented UI/UX Designer with a passion to positively impact the lives of many through the use of user centred design, technology and purposeful innovation. As a User Experience Designer, you will:
* Be an evangelist for user-centred design at Technology - you'll know methods, tools and processes to solve design challenges while balancing human, business & tech needs;
* Apply your skills throughout the entire product life cycle including research and analysis, idea generation, wireframing, visual design, prototyping and usability testing;
* Create design artifacts such as personas, experience maps and solution blueprints to ensure we build user-centred and meaningful end-to-end experiences;
* Present and communicate your work to other members of the delivery teams as well as project stakeholders and clients;
* Work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to understand and/or help define business goals, user needs and technology requirements;
* Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry standards and contribute to knowledge sharing in the team.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
* Strong understanding of UX principles and of the user experience design process;
* Proficiency in hand-sketching and wireframing with a sensitivity to typography, layout and copywriting;
* Building rapid prototyping using tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD;
* Good knowledge of accessibility standards and how to adhere to them;
* Working with Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.
