SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors specialist.
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
Working knowledge with Successfactors modules:
- Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance Management incl. goal-management
- Knowledge of Employee Central will be considered a bonus.
- Solid Excel knowledge including work with large data sets and CSV files
- Basic Rewards process understanding is an advantage
Work includes:
- Act as bridge between our client and implementation partner during system updates eg ensuring knowledge-sharing and impact on other processes
- UAT end-to-end (from script writing to testing)
- Write/review/update work instructions for the processes
- Process preparation and set-up
- Maintenance during process run
- Capturing potential areas for optimization for future runs
